Ce păstrăm

Un cont anonim (Firebase Authentication), creat la prima pornire, ca progresul tău să fie salvat.
Numele ales în joc și cum ți-ai îmbrăcat hopperul: apar în clasamente.
Progresul: nivelul, etapele, stelele, timpii, monedele, stelele cumpărate și obiectele.
Clasamentele: numele, aspectul, stelele săptămânii, etapa la care ai ajuns, cei mai buni timpi.
Dacă îți salvezi contul cu Google sau Apple: identificatorul acelui cont și adresa de e-mail pe care o dă furnizorul, doar ca să-ți putem readuce progresul pe alt telefon.
Rapoartele de probleme pe care le trimiți din joc: ce ai scris, etapa, versiunea jocului, modelul telefonului și al sistemului, cadrele pe secundă și o parte din jurnalul jocului.

Reclame

Jocul arată reclame prin Google AdMob, între jocuri și, la alegerea ta, pentru recompense. În Spațiul Economic European și în Regatul Unit îți cerem acordul printr-un formular Google înainte de reclamele personalizate. Pe iPhone, Apple te întreabă dacă permiți urmărirea. Poți schimba alegerea din Setări → Confidențialitate. Google prelucrează datele după politica sa.

Cumpărături

Plățile se fac prin App Store sau Google Play. Noi primim doar confirmarea cumpărăturii, nu datele cardului. Abonamentul „Fără reclame” se reînnoiește lunar până îl anulezi din setările magazinului.

Unde și cât timp

Datele sunt găzduite de Google Firebase, baza de date în regiunea europe-west1 (Belgia). Le păstrăm cât timp ai contul. Rapoartele de probleme le păstrăm cel mult 12 luni.

Ștergerea

Din joc: Setări → Cont → Șterge contul. Se șterg profilul, numele, intrările din clasamente și contul de conectare. Pe telefon progresul o ia de la zero.

Drepturile tale

Ai dreptul să afli ce date avem, să le corectezi, să le ștergi și să te opui prelucrării. Scrie-ne din joc (pauză → Raportează o problemă) sau la support@encodeera.co. Poți depune plângere la ANSPDCP.

Copii

Hopvoria e pentru jucători de 13 ani și peste și nu se adresează copiilor mai mici. Nu strângem cu bună știință date de la copii sub 13 ani; dacă afli că un copil ne-a dat date, scrie-ne la support@encodeera.co și le ștergem.

What we keep

An anonymous account (Firebase Authentication), made the first time you play, so your progress is saved.
The name you chose and how you dressed your hopper: they show on the leaderboards.
Your progress: level, stages, stars, times, coins, bought stars and items.
Leaderboards: your name, look, the week's stars, the stage you reached, best times.
If you save your account with Google or Apple: that account's identifier and the e-mail address the provider gives, only to bring your progress back on another phone.
Problem reports you send from the game: what you wrote, the stage, the game's version, the phone and system model, the frame rate and part of the game's log.

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, between games and, if you choose, for rewards. In the EEA and the UK we ask for your consent with Google's form before personalised ads. On iPhone, Apple asks whether you allow tracking. You can change your choice in Settings → Privacy. Google processes data under its policy.

Purchases

Payments go through the App Store or Google Play. We only receive the purchase's confirmation, never your card. The "No ads" subscription renews every month until you cancel it in the store's settings.

Where and how long

The data is hosted by Google Firebase, the database in europe-west1 (Belgium). We keep it while you have your account. We keep problem reports for 12 months at most.

Deletion

In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. It deletes your profile, your name, your leaderboard entries and your sign-in. On the phone the progress starts again from zero.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, correct it, delete it and object to its use. Write to us from the game (pause → Report a problem) or at support@encodeera.co.

Children

Hopvoria is for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at younger children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you learn that a child has given us data, write to support@encodeera.co and we will delete it.
